I have a questions about this PDF Portfolio in Acrobat 9 extended. I see you can view your portfolio in different layout views. The one layout view is called Animated lets you swivel through each page. My question is will we be able to export in animated view, so adobe reader users will see this view when they pull up the document.

Absolutely- that's the point. The one caveat is that the viewer must be using the new Adobe Reader 9 (which has a Flash player baked in). If they have an earlier version of Adobe Reader (8,7,etc) what they will see is a PDF Package (no animation).
