PDF Portfolio archive of email in Outlook 2011 (Mac)

I have recently switched from a Windows 7 setup with Acrobat X Pro and Outlook 2010 to an OS X setup (Snow Leopard) of Acrobat X Pro and Outlook 2011. In Outlook 2010, I was able to access an Acrobat ribbon from which I could create PDFs and PDF portfolios of email and email folders. I cannot find a way to perform the same task in Acrobat for OS X. Does anyone know if it is possible to export/archive email folders into PDFs or PDF portfolios on the Mac? I can't imagine this feature has been completely omitted on the Mac, but after searching all over this and other forums, I can find nothing.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Nor using Outlook nor using Apple-Mail: this feature is simply missing on Mac version!

PS : I like to found/buy an AppleScript, an Automator action, or an Acrobat X action, that convert each message (from Mail, Thunderbird, Outlook, etc.) to one PDF with attachments embedded.
And save each "from", "to", etc. field as separate metadatas fields.

Then it should be easy to combine and manage in a PDF portfolio, even manually.

If anyone ever have any info about something like that…
