porfolio form data

I have a pdf that has form calculations within fields across 3 pages. I have split these 3 pages into 3 seperate pdf's and added them to a pdf porfolio. But now the forms dont work across the 3 documents.
 
How do I keep the forms working together but across multiple pdf's?

PDF files do not easily communicate between each other, so you will need to do some coding. The solution will work as long as you keep the forms in the Portfolio, if you remove them then you need a different solution.
