I have added Word and Excel files to my portfolio but there are no preview files displayed in the portfolio. When I select any of the Office documents, only have an option to open the file. Are there settings for the previews that I need to check or do I need to have a particular version of Office?
If you are on a Macintosh or an older Windows computer, the preview will not work. In Vista running Office 2007 (the set-up I am using), the OS can create the preview and Acrobat leverages that. I am not sure which OS/Office combination is required for the preview.
