Print portfolio header - HELP!

I have created several portfolios, all consisting of multiple PDFs. Each portfolio has a simple text header added in "Edit PDF Portfolio."
 
I want to print the entirety of each portfolio including the header, but the header does not print.
I need to send these portfolios to another (a Windows user) to print multiple copies, but before I do that I want to be sure the header will print.
 
Suggestions?

Can't be done. The header is part of the navigator (the interactive user interface shown on screen). It's never printed as part of the individual documents.
