Rotate pages - how do you save it

I have just downloaded Acrobat 9 Pro, and am trying to create a PDF Portfolio of a number of different files. My question is two-fold:

One of the files is a pdf which has to be rotated.
I have tried rotating the page, but can't save it and it just reverts to the original view.
How do I save the rotation so that the portfolio can be printed in the correct imaging?

The second question is how do I import a CAD file and save it in the same PDF portfolio?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

If you use the View > Rotate Page command, it only rotates the page until you close the file. On the other hand, if you use the Document > Rotate Page command, this will permanently rotate the page after you save the file.Do you want to convert your CAD file to PDF to include in your Portfolio? If so, you can add the DWG file to the Portfolio and then right-click to Convert to PDF. Then you'll want to delete the original DWG file from the Portfolio. Alternatively, you can open the file in Acrobat Pro, this will convert it to PDF and then add it to your Portfolio.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Actually, I tried placing the CAD drawing in the portfolio but when I right clicked to convert it, nothing happened. I had to go to

the original drawing,
convert it to a pdf,
then click on document/rotate page,
save the file as a pdf,
then place it in the portfolio, where it opened perfectly in the rotated view.

It worked and was a painless exercise.

I am using Acrobat 9 Standard. The ability to rotate pages has stopped working. I can change view orientation but not permanently.

Thanks for your help. RudyM

I am using Adobe Acrobat X Standard. I cannot save my pages when rotated. I went >VIEW > ROTATE VIEW but I am not getting the option to save. When I click >FILE >SAVE AS the document is saving the original pages and not the pages when rotated. Please help!
