security within a PDF Package

Here's what I would like to happen...hopefully you guys can help me out. I have a PDF Package or Portfolio with two documents, the cover and one other document which requires a password to open. When the user clicks a button in the first document, can it pass the "password" to the second document automatically?

You see, this first document are the terms and conditions that the user must agree to before they can open the second document.

Any suggestions? By the way, my scripting ability is nonexistent. Answers would need to be pretty specific.

Thanks everyone.

You could create a Portfolio with two documents. The first could contain a link to the second but the second document would have an open password set on it. To set the open password select File > Properties > Security tab and then select Password Security and click the "Change Settings" button. Select the box to "Require a password to open the document".Because intra-link creation in Portfolios is somewhat unreliable, try using the link tool as described in Joel's blog entry Reliable Intra-Portfolio Link Creation to create your link in the first document to the second.
