Set First Document as Cover Page?

Hi -

I want the first document in my portfolio to be the first document others see when they open the portfolio. However, every time I open the portfolio to see how it will look, it wants the password for a secure document in the portfolio - then opens to that document. Is there an easy fix to this that I am missing??

Details:
I am using Acrobat 9 Pro.
I have 5 PDF documents in my portfolio. The first 2 are not password protected, but the last 3 are.
I have added an 'Index' sorting column, numbered my documents 1-5, and set the initial sort order to 'Index'.

What am I missing??

It's not difficult to do what you want, however it's not yet part of the Acrobat user interface (sorry!) so you need to apply the changes by running a few lines of JavaScript in the console.
