Specify File Details

I am in the process of creating my first Portfolio. I cannot seem to locate the "Specify File Details Pane" in order to rearange the PDF's. I am using Acrobat 9 Standard Any ideas how I can have this show?

When you are working in the portfolio, you need to choose "modify" at the top and select edit portfolio, the Specify File Details Pane is near the bottom of the list on the right hand side? Hope this helps?

Thanks for your help Sean - I have tried everything you mentioned and still do not see the Specify File Details Pane When I select Modify - Edit Portfolio. I see "Add Files" "Add Existing Folder" and "Create New Folder" on the lower left, however nothing near the bottom of the list - right hand side. I really must be missing something.
