acrobat 9.3.2 can not print whole sticky notes

hello to all,

I have a problem, on the screen i see all the highlighted text and sticky notes completely. However when printing them I get always the same size note and not the complete text.

This is critical now cause I have reviewed a 200 page pdf with my own notes that I wont to print not as summarize but on the document itself.

I realize that the font and size of the sticky note are not the same of what I am seeing on the screen.

Acrobat Pro 9.3.1, Windows

Do you have "Print Notes and pop-ups" checked under Edit > Preferences > commenting category?

yes, it is checked. in fact I get the post it-s but not the whole text..... when printing always formats to a certain character size.....

If the sticky note scrolls, then it will only print was is displayed (just like a form field). So, you might try using the "Print Comments" command to see your entire comment printed.
