Acrobat Professional 8 Won't Print PDF's

I have someone using Acrobat Professional 8 on Mac OS X. They are able to open PDF's in Acrobat fine and preview them, but when they try to print, it hits the queue, but does not print (it doesn't even get stuck in the queue).

They are able to print PDF's from "Preview" in Mac, and they are able to print other types of documents. It's not a printer issue because we have 3 local printers and the circumstances for PDF printing from this Mac machine are the same for all 3 printers.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat, as well as running the Detect and Repair, but nothing works. Any assistance anyone could provide would be much appreciated.

Although I don't think it matters, we are trying to print to an HP LaserJet 9000n printer.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.1.2, Macintosh

I'm beginning to suspect it may be a Leopard vs. Panther issue. I have Leopard, and am able to print. Other users have Panther, and they are not able to print PDF.

I'm going to update print driver and hope that works.

Correction: It's printing on Tiger, but not Leopard.

Are you using Acrobat 8.1.2 on Leopard? This is the first version of Acrobat 8 that supported Mac OS x 1.5.

For more information you can check out Support for Mac OS X v1.5 (Leopard) now Available in Acrobat 8.1.2
