All printers do not show up in Acrobat printer list

I posted a topic yesterday and Kellymcc kindly answered. I will file a report as she suggested and would be happy to post screen shots if someone can tell me how to do it.
 
I am generating a new post as I keep getting an error message when I try o reply to my prior post saying the Spam filter has block my post. Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong?

Can you do a quick check to see if this might be related to Protected Mode in Reader 10.1.1?
Try turning off the following preference temporarily Edit > Preferences > General > Enable Protected Mode at startup

If this corrects the problem, I would suggest turning Protected Mode back on and then check the box to "Create a Protected Mode log file" to see what the issue might be.
