When one of my users tries to print a .pdf file he gets the following error: "The instruction at "0x7e42dfeb" referenced memory at "0x001b2010". The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate program." I tried saving the .pdf file to his desktop and reprinting. I've also tried deleting his network printer and reenstalling, but both were to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Several different factors can cause system errors, including conflicts among device drivers, software, and hardware, and corrupt elements in specific files.
