Hi,

I am using Adobe Reader 8.00. I have a Billing software which automatically generates the Invoice in a PDF format, which is then manually printed by the user. However, some of my users use Acrobat Professional and they can VIEW the Invoice in the PDF format but are UNABLE to PRINT them. Can you suggest any pluging that are freely avaliable to fix the issue.

Any help is this regard would be highly appreciated.

As far as I know you would need to have Acrobat professional to open the resulting pdf and see what type of security your billing software is embedding in the pdf. Do you know if your billing software embeds any type of security to the pdfs it makes? Maybe there is a way you can change those settings.
