I want to know a plugin that enable me to raise the resolution of some photos to be 300 dpi in the PDf file, in order to be printed in high quality. (Note that i know that it can be done using distiller, but i need a plugin to do this for the PDF file).

You can not increase the resolution of an image in the pdf. The resolution of the images came from the program that made the pdf the first time. If those images were 72 ppi, then the pdf will have 72 ppi images. So if you have a low resolution image you can not make it high resolution like magic. You would have to change the resolution in an image editing software like photoshop. However if your image is 72 ppi and then you change it to 300 ppi, it will get reduced in size due to the change of resolution. Increasing the image resolution in photoshop results in a decrease in size because the pixels of the image are getting closer together to allow for better detail. Makes sense?
