Thanks again, Ted. In Acrobat 6, Standard version, we chose Create PDF from Multiple files. I must wait for my husband to return before seeing what settings we chose from Acrobat Distiller. We are also thinking of upgrading to a more recent version of Acrobat if it produces better results.
