We are finally trying to migrate everyone of version 5.0.5 onto at least 7.0
 
my question is this. under 5.0.5 there is a table of contents builder option under the plugins - compose menu which adds a first page to the document based on the bookmarks.
 
We have a couple of people who Need this feature. how can it be accomplished or created under acrobat pro 7.0.9?

The best solution is to created Parent, Child relationships with Popup Menus.

There are several good tutorials on developing menus under Resources on this page.
