I created a 5 page form in MS Word '07, saved it as .pdf, opened the pdf in LifeCycle Designer (ver. 8.2.1.4029.523496) and placed fields and checkboxes.
I save the file as Acrobat Static pdf. All seemingly normal.
I noticed the issue with Reader 9 (ver. 9.4.5), so I used Acrobat 9 Pro (ver. 9.4.5) and got the same results. The form was emailed and that person also experienced the same result:
1. Printing progress bar begins and then accelerates, stopping at 20%.
2. Dialog: "Document could not be printed." I click ok.
3. Dialog: "There were no pages selected to print." I click ok.
4. Dialog: "A drawing error occurred." I click ok.
When I check the printer, only the first page has printed.
I would really like to solve this; I've never had this problem before.
