Exporting PDF to CS2?

Hi,

I just finished writing a book using CS2. I could not find an editor. To get one, I had to export to PDF which was editable. There's the rub. Once in PDF and having submitted the PDF file to my publisher, he finds more than 1 font and a lack of margination. He demands changes.

If I go back to the original CS2, I lose the editing, and the 20 pages I've replaced within the edited PDF file.

Who knows about the acrobat "change font" button?

Who knows about the "PDF remargination" button?

Thanks. I appreciate your help.

Writing a book using Adobe CS2 InDesign ? What editor would want to work on a document in Acrobat ? Why not export to Microsoft Word, or place the book up on Google Docs so you can collaboarate - PDF would be a horrible place to revise copy.

I am not sure I understand what a 'change font button' might be in Acrobat, nor what a margination (do you mean "margins" ?)
