I have been sent a PDF document and the screen display and printed output shows some of the entered data clearly but the remainder of the document is unreadable. Each line is a series of dots. I am presented with a message that the program cannot fine a font TXFNTN6. Is this something I need to fix on my end or is this a sender problem
