Form Data not printing

This is a long shot but hopefully someone can shed some light.
I have a supplier that gives me quotes created using some quoting software that must automatically generate a pdf file.
When they send me the file I print but only the logos (images) show up.
the actual form data will not print.
I am sick of creating jpegs and then printing them, any help would be appreciated.

Mac OS 10.5.8 using acrobat 8.2.3
Thanks in advance.

In the Print dialog, drop down menu called Comments and Forms, select Document and Markups.

Hi Try67, thanks I just tried that and it didn't work either... Again just the company logo and the sales reps signature.

Check the fields' properties. Make sure they are not set to Visible but Doesn't Print.

Actually I just clicked on the form fields buttons and it doesn't seem to have any form fields....I am not sure of the software they use to create these quotes.

You can look in the file properties to see what application created the file.
