Hello,

I am using Adobe Acrobat 8 professional, and have a form created that will be printed to pre printed paper, so am using the form field only printing option. the problem I am having is, that the check boxes are not showing up on the printed page. I have looked in the preferences for Acrobat and so far have not located anything that seems to help to correct the issue. Also, with using the same form, other users are able to print the checkbox data when form fields only printing is selected. Any ideas of what I could check, or try to get the problem corrected?

Are these check boxes created with a unique font? Or are they created the the Acrobat form field check box?

It turns out that the problems were that the workstations that were experiencing the problems hadn't been installing the updates for Acrobat. Once I had gotten them updated, the problem did not occur any longer. They were created with the acrobat form field check box, but all is working properly now.
