We have a number of Acorbat Pro 8.0 installed on PC's. The problem we are encountering is that one installation does not print gray scale. Other systems using the same version print gray scale without issue. The PC in question has had the software uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results. Any thoughts on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
You don't mention what OS you're running in your question. If it's any of the 64-bit versions of Windows you'll need to update to Acrobat 8.1 (this is the first 64-bit version).
Also, have you tried running Repair installation under the Help menu?
