I have a student who is sending a document to Kinko's to print. They want 1 file is all left pages, 1 file is all right pages and merged. He said that Kinko's said Acrobat Prof CAN DO THIS... does anyone know how???

It sounds like you want the pages of the two files interspersed so the first page from one file preceeds page one from the second file. One was is to open both documents & select the Pages tab on the left. I think it was called thumbnails before Acrobat 7. Go to Window > Tile > Vertically. The thumbnails of the two documents should be side-by-side. You can drag pages from one to the other. When finished, save & it should be a complete document.
