How to convert a color pdf into a black and white pdf using Acrobat 7.0 Standard? My intention is to reduce the file size in addition to using the button available under File.

As far as I know, you can't convert a color PDF document to grayscale in Acrobat. You need to perform RGB/CMYK to grayscale conversions in the original authoring programs.
