How do I delete a Separation

Is it possible to delete a separation ?
We get all kinds of goofy Spot color names for dies.
We make our press proofs without dies, our epsons are set up to not print the dies that are named with our naming convention. Yes we can add these incoming names to our proofers, but it is a waste of time.
All I want to do is click on the separation and delete it. I know you can select similar stroke and colors in Pit Stop and delete there, but it is a waste of time. Click-Delete thats all I want.
Any Help
Thanks,
Jerry

Not that I know of. You could put the specific objects on a new layer and hide the layer. I suppose if you re-define the separations color values to 0,0,0,0 then it would simply knockout.
