Large Format Page Sizes

On previous installs of Acrobat 7 Standard, we were able to quickly add all the preset imperial and metric architectural and engineering page sizes, such as : Arch B; Arch D; Arch E, etc...

We recently upgraded a computer to Acrobat 9 Standard and can no longer find these page sizes.

Manually entering a number of custom page sizes seems tedious, at best. Was this feature removed from 9 Standard?

Or am I missing where to find the check boxes to add them back in?

Acrobat Standard 9.0, Windows

I have the same problem...I have an engineering program that save drawings in various formats....Saving each file to PDF format is not a problem....The problem is when the saved file is printed out on 24 x 36 sized paper the output is not the same as when you review it..The output is very light and hard to read yet when you review it, it has heavy lines the way it was intended...What settings do I have to change to correct this problem?
