Lost Duplex Printing in Acrobat X Prof (Mac)

Today Acrobat X refuses to print in duplex. It has also failed to recognise my default print HP LaserJet P2105 and grabbed the last one I used in Entourage. Even if I set the HP Printer in the Print menu and make certain it is my LaserJet, Acrobat won't print Duplex. It also refuses to print anything unless I set shrink to fit page.
This is unusual behaviour as Acrobat 9 Prof worked perfectly.
Any ideas/work arounds?
I am running OS 10.6.6. I have also cleared all Adobe caches and restarted. Nothing helps.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 10.0, Macintosh

This has to be a Mac bug. I have Acrobat X Professional running under emulation in VMware on Windows 7 on the same computer. W7 is set up to use the Mac default driver and not a native HP driver on the Windows side. Guess what? Duplex printing. In other words, it works in Windows using the Mac printer driver but cannot print in duplex using the same driver on the Mac side. How do you leave bug reports to Adobe? Anyone have a clue? Thanks.

I would look a the Adobe site's Technical support section (Help) and select the Acrobat product, and then select the Feature Request/Bug Report Form.

George, Many thanks. I have sent in my bug report and accepted that answer but has anyone had the same problem I have?

I have the same problem. I had to create a workaround in the form of a "preset" created in another program's printer settings that will show up in acrobat and that is set to print double sided.

I did not have this problem in acrobat 9 pro.

I tried making a couple of presents in Indesign but they don't show up in Acrobat. I did find that you can get duplex by going File>Properties>Advanced and then choose duplex. But you have to do this with every document you want to print in Duplex and save it want it to be permanent. It is not an "application-wide" solution which your solution would appear to be. Thanks for the help though because it pointed me to another work around. I think the Adobe programmers will be busy with v10.1!

Duplex printing is an attribute of the specific printer you are printing to, so you need to set this feature on your printers either through setting the default settings for the printer through the system's printer control panel or as each document is printed.

George thanks.
I know all that stuff. I have may default printer set for duplex globally. I have it set in Acrobat X Prof for duplex via the printer. It won't print duplex. In fact I get all sorts of "can't print document" errors when I try to do this by clicking on the printer button with in the print document. It has to be a bug that Adobe needs to address. I can print duplex in every application on my Mac. As I mentioned, I can even print duplex with Acrobat X Prof under emulation on VMware in Windows 7. It is disturbing the duplex default on the Mac side is ignored. It is a bug. Not only that, but I have my HP Laserjet set globally as my default printer. If I print in Acrobat X Pro on the Mac with a different printer, Acrobat X Pro does not default back to my default printer. When I quit and restart Acrobat X Pro on the Mac side, my default printer appears again. I am convinced it is a bug.

At least I have Ramon's work around until Adobe fixes it. I can't spend my life firing up W7 just to get a duplex print out of Acrobat X Pro.

Thanks for all your suggestions and did log a bug report with Adobe as per your suggestion above.
