missing fonts in prints

I have Acrobat 7.0 Professional on Mac 10.4.10. For quite a while, the prints are missing some fonts (using Epson Aculaser CX11NF), mostly the symbols and super/subscripts (not all of them). They are present if you open the files on the screen. Anyone know how to print the missing fonts?

Can turn all to outline and print but that is extreme.
