Multi page PDF's won't print

I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and I have started to convert Word documents to PDF's for the web. I can only get the first page of multi-page pdf's to print.

Operating system is Windows XP service pack 3
Printer is a Konica Minolta bizhub c351

If I post the files to the web, I can print them correctly on an HP Laserject 1012.

The error page that prints is...

ERROR: ioerror
OFFENDING COMMAND: status

STACK:

(PNNGTR+TimesNewRomanPSMT*1)
/PNNGTR+TimesNewRomanPSMT*1
/Font
/PNNGTR+TimesNewRomanPSMT*1
/PNNGTR+TimesNewRomanPSMT*1
false

Any ideas?

(I should note that I CAN NOT visit the www.adobe.com website for any technical help. This computer WILL NOT open ANY www.adobe.com URL's.)

Alexuus,
That the web copy of the PDF can be printed by the HP printer would seem to indicate the problem is with the Konica's printer driver. Perhaps you can obtain a current ppd from Konica Minolta?

Be well..

Hi there,

I had the same problem, and another forum provided a solution for me. When you're in the Print dialogue, click on the "Advanced" tab (on the bottom), and choose "PostScript Options" and change the Font and Resource Policy to "Send for Each Page", then "OK" - it will save this from now on.

Good luck!
