recently bought a new HP Compaq Laptop, running Vista Home,
and a Lexus X7675 all in one Inkjet,
downloaded Adobe Reader, 9.1
When printing multi page docs from Adobe, it regularly prints the first side of say 20pages, and then stops with no error messages! The Lexus dialogue box will show it sending the 1st, 2nd and then 3rd sides, but then after printing the first side it ejects the sheet (instead of drawing it back in to print the second side) and stops printing, no errors!
Occasionally it will maybe print a few sides, maybe 7, of a 20 page doc, and then again stops, no errors!
Documents from Word seem to print multiple pages ok,
(and the old laptop running XP prints to this printer perfectly from Adobe.)
Also tried PDF Complete, which came with my laptop, and it has the same multi printing problems!
Any suggestions?
spotted a suggestion elsewhere in the forum which suggested checking the 'print as image' box in the printer dialogue,
did this,
and so far, it seems to print the documents it failed on before!
Does't explain what the problem was, but seems to get round it!
Any other suggestions still welcome
