We have Reader 5.0 in our office. Someone has sent me a pdf with notations in it. How do I get the PDF to print with the notations visible?

Reader 5 is pretty old and I don't have one around for testing. Check the print dialog box for options to print comments, and go to Edit | Preferences | Commenting and see if there are options there for printing comments.
