Page size defaults to A4 when sent in A3

Hi

I have a pdf that is in A3 paper format. When I send via e-mail the recipient always receives in A4.

I have changed their and mine print settings to 'Choose paper source by PDF page size'but this has not helped.

Anyone have any ideas so that when the message is received it will always print in A3??

Have you tried setting the File > Properties > Advanced tab to None under Page Scaling? Also, what is selected in the print menu under the Page Setup menu for the Paper size?
