I have several pdfs that are customer supplied and were created in Indesign CS3. At first I am able to import them into Quark ok, but if I manipulate these pdf files (such as cropping) when I go to import them they become unrecognized by Quark. Anyone have anyidea why this happens and how to fix it?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.0, Windows

I'm affriad i have no knowledge of Quark anymore but is there not a show import option when importing the PDF, sometimes in InDesign, you can not import a PDF if it has strange crop marks, you have to change the import options to trim, crop etc and this gets round the problem! It could work for quark!

Hey Smitchell15
I looked but could not find any type of preferences either in Quark or Acrobat that I can set for importing or exporting pdfs.
