I am printing a PDF file and it is printing very tiny on my 8.5 x 11 paper. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks!

Have you checked the PDF Document size? Also, in the print dialog check that Page Scaling is set to None.

Ok, the page is 8.5 x 11 and the page scale is "none" but all the PDF's that I print to this specific printer are printing like 1" x 1" on the paper. Please help!

Thanks!

Sounds like you might have a setting on the printer which is interfering. Can you re-set the printer to the factory defaults? Also, under File > Properties, in Description is the page size for the document reading 8.5 x 11?

Another thing to check, do you have multiple pages printing per sheet turned on by any chance? There are extra settings on Mac and Windows that may be over-riding the Print Dialog. See this article:

Have you looked at all of the printer's settings through either Window s's control panel or the setting for the system printers?

If sounds like the printer is set up to finish the second and following pages differently than the first page. This control setting is unique the selected printer and not Acrobat. I would double check all of the printer tabs and options on each tab, as there is no standard followed by all manufacturers for this control.

George, There is another person in my office that can print to this printer just fine. That has to mean that it is something to do with the settings on my computer, correct?

Thanks!

Byhampton, I'm having the same trouble you were having a few weeks ago. Did you find a solution you could share? Thanks!

Yes, I finally figured it out. I changed my page scaling to shrink to printable area and I selected auto-rotate and center. This fixed my problem. Good luck!

Thanks!
