PDF Printing

I have a PDF with 2 pages but I do not want the first page to print, how can I accomplish this?

If you are asking about distributing a PDF file where you want your recipients to only print page 2, you could hide the Menu Bar (setting Initial View properties) and add a button with a JavaScript action that prints page 2.

You won't be able to prevent users from using keyboard shortcuts so those who want to print page 1 will be able to do it if they know how to open the Print dialog box.
