I am new to this so please tell me if I am doing anything wrong.
I am running Windows 7, Acrobat 9 Pro and printing to a network printer Xerox Phaser 4500.
I can print all documents just fine but when I try to print a pdf the image is reduced to about 1/3rd of the sheet and it prints a second blank sheet. I have tried about every setting or preference I can find. I have tried downloading new print drivers. I have tried printing several different documents. The only type I am having this problem with are PDFs. I have tried several pdf documents and they all print the same. I tried printing to another printer on my network and it prints correctly. I have spent many hours searching trouble shooting guides on the Xerox and Adobe websites but I have not found any answers. Can anybody help me?

I FINALLY got it. The Global driver worked. I went and downloaded the new driver but what I didn't realize was the new driver created a new device instead of applying the driver to my existing device. I went to my existing device and selected the new driver and it fixed the problem.

What version of Acrobat and OS are you running?

Have you tried making sure all your printer drivers are updated?

Does this happen on all your PDFs? Is this a network or local printer?
