Can PDF be rescanned and make it for printing.

Can we put crop marks, bleed for printing purpose.

What are possibilities.

A PDF is for printing, why would you want to re-scan it?

As far as adding special print options like crop marks and such, this is what Acrobat Professional was originally built for. It comes with a huge batch of features for print preparation. You'll need to upgrade.
