My version is actually 9.4.6. I export out of ArcView 9.2 to create PDF files. One (of many I create) prints phantom lines on the both of our HPDJ4500 printers. When I print the map directly from ArcView, the phantom lines don't appear on paper. When I export from the PDF to a JPG, the phantom lines don't appear on paper. Therefore I have 2 workarounds, but want the flexibility/portability of PDF files without print software creating phantom lines on my maps. This appears to be a bug in the print function.
