Possible to set stapling after ever forth page?

I have a 540 page adobe file.
Right now I have to print it, then manually staple it every forth page.

Is there a document print setting I can use so it'll do this when I send it to the copy machine?

I'd like it to print both sides and staple after every forth page.

Is this possible?

Not without a plugin tool.

we have a plugin tool here: http://www.traction-software.co.uk/pdfprintcontrol
that could do this for you.

just mark [1] for every 8 pages, and [2] for every 8 starting at 5 and set both to staple in printer settings.

then click special print.
