How can I print a big size (like Post) PDF file to multi-pages then link then together?

This depends on the printer driver you use.
The problem will be, that the most drivers don't recognize paper formats that are larger that the paper they can process.

For example a driver for a A4 printer, does not recognize A3, but may offer a function to print 16 A4 sheets, that can be put together to a A0 sheet.
Only problem, the file you print has to be in a printer-known format such as A4, then the driver can scale it up to the desired format.
