I want to print a pdf with comments (acrobat 7.0 Pro), this is no problem, only all the layout of the comments (bold, underline,...) is gone! The comments print without layout. How can I fix this?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.8, Macintosh

Do you have the following preference set?

1. Choose Acrobat > Preferences (Mac OS).2. Select Commenting.

2. In the Commenting pane, select Print Notes And Pop-ups.

3. Click OK.
