Print dialog box in Acrobat Reader 10.1.1 does not show all available network printers

Thanks KellyMcc and ikasuaba: again apologies for a new post. I get an error message every time I try to reply to a prior post from the forum saying "Reply to comment: Your submission has triggered the spam filter and will not be accepted" which is a bit perplexing for me.
 
Protect mode does not correct the problem but I do have this log file:
