Be sure to set the Page Setup and choose the paper size before printing. The thumbnail preview in the Print dialog box should show you any clipping before you print a job.

I had a similar problem, and was disappointed by this answer. I am trying to "print" some old Excel documents using PDFMaker to free up space on my hard drive. I'm using Office 2003, and Acrobat Pro 7.0. The bottom 25% of the document was cropped from the PDF. It had nothing to do with margins or paper size. I had the same problem with MS Office Document Image Writer. I spent two days searching the 'net for the answer, and finally got a clue that led to me figuring it out myself. Go to "Page Setup", and on the "Page" tab, select the "Print quality". Changing from the default resolution of 4000 dpi to 2400 dpi or lower takes care of the problem.
