Printed documents cut off at bottom - Mac user

I am a Mac user and when I print pdf forms, no matter which setting I choose (fit to size, shrink to size), the document always starts printing too far down and the document is cut off at the bottom. I also have trouble with legal documents. I can't ever get them the right size, they are always reduced on the legal paper. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

What version of Acrobat and/or Reader are you using? What type of printer are you printing to? What Mac OS are you running?

This could be inherent printer margins. One thing to remember is the rollout along the long edge on most printers is not accurate at all.
