Printed versions of pdfs scaled to 5% of actual size, in mirror image

Hi,

I'm using adobe acrobat pro 9.3.3. Whenever I print pdfs they print as though they've been scaled to 5% of their original size, in mirror image, and they will not print double-sided, even though my default printer settings are set to double-sided.

The only way I can get them to print to correct scale, double-sided is by specifying manually each time I print a pdf to scale to 100%.

I can't figure out what settings in acrobat or the print driver are causing this, any suggestions? Thanks.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro, Windows

Have you recently updated your Windows OS? If so, have you updated your printer driver?

Hmm, I'll have to look into it. This is a work computer, so I'm not always aware of what updates have been made by IT. We did have a new network printer installed within the last couple of months, but I didn't have this problem right away, though I've always had issues with printing pdfs in duplex mode.
