Printer Spooler Errors

In creating pdf files printing to my adobe printer, all of a sudden I start receiving printer spooler errors. I'm handing large web generated reports over 100 pages converting them to pdfs using Acrobat Profession 8. So, I updated my printer spooler to bypass the spooler and print directly to the printer, and now receiving error in printing. I've deleted temp files and ran a disk clean, rebooted...nothing seems to work now.
