You will have to write a custom report using the "Report" object or dump them to the JavaScript Debugging console. There is an example of dumping the bookmarks to the JavaScript Console in the Acrobat JS API Reference, freely downloadable form the Acrobat Developer site Acrobat SDK documentation.
