You need Acrobat Professional. When you open the Print dialog box, click the Advanced button to open the Advanced Print Options dialog box. Click Output in the left pane and select Separations from the Color drop down menu. If your RIP is capable of printing with In-RIP separations, select In-RIP Separations from the Color drop down menu.
