Is there a FAQ for print to PDF from Word 2010? When I change the selection of the paper size from Letter to A4 the Adobe PDF does not change. It always remains what ever was last set in the Windows Print set up.

Hi,
I am trying to print a simple PDF file from Acrobat X Professional on Windows XP Professional SP3.
I get the Annoying error: Adobe Acrobat has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I have tried deleting the Adobe PDF printer and then repairing Acrobat X Professional.
I have tried Deleting the printer and then installing the printer with the latest Drivers.
I have tried uninstalling Acrobat X Professional and then installed Adobe Reader 9.4 and still this problem persists.

Note: Acrobat X Professional is currenlty installed.

Please can some one Help ASAP.

Kind Regards
Raemial.

Have you tried turning off Protect View (temporarily)? Edit > Preferences > Advanced Security to see if it corrects the problem.
